Refund policy
Delivery and Returns
Delivering overseas
When ordering goods for delivery overseas you may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are levied once the package reaches the specified destination. Any additional charges for customs clearance must be borne by you; we have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be. Customs policies vary from country to country, so you should contact your local customs office for further information.
Delivery charges
Delivery charges vary by item and destination. These are listed with the individual product you are ordering and will show at the checkout.
Returns & Exchanges
Returns policy
Refunds and/or exchanges are only available for goods that are faulty. Goods are classified as faulty if they are received damaged or when a manufacturing fault occurs. If this occurs please notify us or the individual supplier within fourteen working days of receiving your item. Goods must be returned at your own cost and we would recommend recorded delivery. Clothing cannot be exchanged for alternate sizes, and all auction sales are final.
International customs duties and sales taxes are not refunded for shipments outside the UK. If you are returning anything from outside the UK you must complete a customs declaration, correctly indicating that the package contains “returned goods” or similar. Our suppliers will not pay customs duty in order to receive back the returned item(s).
Payments
Payment is taken from your card once your order is placed and you have received your email confirmation.
Any refunds granted will be credited to the payment method used at the time of order processing.
