When will my order be processed?
Your payment is processed as soon as you have confirmed your order.

For auction items, there is a five day payment window, after which the item will be offered to the next highest bidder.

When will be order be shipped?
All items in our advent calendar will be shipped in January 2022. We will do our absolute best to fulfil your orders as quickly as possible. We would be grateful if you could have patience with us during this busy time. See our returns policy for more details on refunds. We will endeavour to ship all items (where applicable) by 31 January 2022 and will advise if there is a delay in achieving this.

Do you ship internationally?
Shipping locations vary by product, based on what supplier we are using. Please check the shipping areas on the individual product you are buying before completing your purchase.

Can I send orders to a different person/address?
Yes. You can send orders to another person and to an alternate delivery address. If you are sending an order to an alternate name and address, the invoice will be sent to the original billing address. You will be able to enter all these details at the checkout stage of your order.

What if I want to give my item as a Christmas gift?
Orders will not be shipped until January but if you wish to give your item as a gift, please email communications@punchdrunk.com and we can send a gift token.

How long will my order take to arrive?
We will make every effort to ship your order by 31 Jan 2022. Please allow up to two weeks for delivery and note that if Covid measures are increased over Christmas, order fulfilment may be delayed.

What are your postage costs?
Postage costs are calculated and set by the supplier of each product, and worked out depending on the weight and final destination of the items. This price will show at checkout before completing your order. Customers in the EU receiving shipments from the UK will be liable to pay import duty and local tax charges.

What is your returns policy?
Refunds are only offered where items are faulty. Please double check sizes and quantities carefully before completing your purchase. The exchange policy varies by product according to the individual supplier, so please consult the information listed with the specific item you are purchasing.
