Will I receive my order in time for Christmas?
You can check the estimated delivery date of your order during the checkout process by entering your delivery address and selecting your postal method. Make sure to leave extra time if you are overseas from the UK, and during times where the postal service will be under additional pressure.
When will my order be posted out?
All items on the shop are currently for pre-order only. Orders will be posted starting 3rd December.
What is the return policy?
Returns will only be offered where items are faulty. Please double check sizes and quantities carefully before completing your purchase. You can view our full returns and exchanges policy here.
What are the shipping options?
Our products are shipped by varying trusted methods depending on the product. You have the choice at checkout to select which of these you would prefer, though we would always suggest a tracked delivery option.
What are your postage costs?
Postage costs are calculated based on the weight and the final destination of each item. The cost will be displayed at checkout after you have inputted the shipping address and before you complete your order.
Do you ship internationally?
Shipping locations vary by product. Please input your desired shipping address when asked to do so at check out to find out if shipping is available.
When ordering goods for delivery overseas you may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are levied once the package reaches the specified destination. Any additional charges for customs clearance must be borne by you; we have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be. Customs policies vary from country to country, so you should contact your local customs office for further information.
When will I receive my order?
If your items are available, they will usually be sent out the next working day. Expected delivery times will depend on the delivery option you selected at checkout.
We do our best to avoid delays but we will inform you if unexpected delays occur due to, for example, industrial strike action, poor weather conditions and/or other additional pressures on postal/courier services around peak periods like Christmas.
What would I do if I never received my order? Or if some items are missing?
If you have received part of your order and find some items missing, please review the expected shipping date of that missing item before getting in touch with us. If you are still concerned about missing items, please contact us at shop@punchdrunk.com.
How do I make changes to an order I’ve already placed?
We aim to process your order as soon as we receive your order confirmation. Once we have processed your order, it may not be possible to make any changes. Please email us as soon as you can to change any details to an order and we will let you know if we were able to do this.
Can I send orders to a different person/address?
Yes, you can send orders to another person and to an alternate delivery address. If you are sending an order to an alternate name and address, the invoice will be sent to the original billing address. You will be able to enter all these details at the checkout stage of your order.
